How to book a session

1. Review RWS Rate Sheets (below);
2. Note the Booking Fee for the type of Session you’d like to book;
3. Note the Travel + Accommodation Fees for this tour segment;
4. Check the available Timeslots for each city: 2010 Tour Calendar;
5. Email booking@redworks.ca or call: (519) 732-1035; then,
6. Submit your Booking Fee.

Booking Fees

Booking Fees are non-refundable. Sending it confirms your session & must be sent 7 business days before your requested date. Payments are initiated via correspondence w/ the 2010 Tour Booking Agent, and submitted electronically via:

If you’re in need of a beautiful head and shoulders image, RWS can provide 3 time-frames to suit your schedule and can deliver between 5 – 15 high-resolution images of your choosing, depending on the timeframe/ package you select.

Depending on the scale of the event you’re planning (traditional activity, an intimate awards banquet, a concert or music festival) RWS ensures different venues are covered to your specifications.
